Hi hi! If you haven’t noticed, we haven’t been posting very much!

I (Elizabeth) have moved to Boston for grad school and am settling into a new city and new routine. Change is very exciting and very hard. I’ve been wrapped up in trying to remember to sleep, getting lost on my way to classes, making new friends, cooking for one, tackling mounds and mounds of homework, deciding who I want to be when I grow up. In other words, I am exhilarated, and I am exhausted.

I am slowly beginning to feel more grounded and have gained some time and space to think about next steps in publishing pieces for Working Artist. We have a very lovely interview coming your way later this month, and our focus for the coming months is amplifying your stories and your very, very valid and important voices.
